- Preparing Factory P & L.
- Preparing Budget in coordination with Plant Head.
- Consumption Report of Materials.
- Check of Monthly Petty cash, verifying all bills and supports as per approval.
- Monitoring and preparing organization Profitability in coordination with staff/management.
- Supervise and support account managers and representatives to ensure client satisfaction
- Communicate with clients at a senior level to resolve issues and inquiries
- Prepared and submit for approved labor payment rates
- Communicating and coordinating with internal teams to deliver solutions.
- Identifying opportunities for improvement and proposing new tools and processes.
- Manage all required Reporting via FIG and other sources.
- Complete takeover of FIG Production Module in coordination with the system provider.

- Pesticides or FMCG experience required
- At least MBA in finance or CA/ACCA
- Experience managing large account portfolios.
- Strong customer service and project management skills.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software.
- High command of Accounting standards, LIFO and FIFO
- Highly organized and solution-oriented.
